2011 ESP Code, 2020 Edition<\/strong> is the official IMO publication containing the International Code on the Enhanced Programme of Inspections during Surveys of Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers<\/em>. The publication has been developed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to ensure thorough and standardized inspections of some of the most critical vessel types in international shipping. <\/p>\n

The purpose of the ESP Code is to contribute to the early identification of structural weaknesses, wear and tear, corrosion and other conditions that may affect the vessel’s safety.
