The book is written in Swedish<\/strong> and is suitable for both beginners and experienced hikers who want to explore the mountains on both sides of the border between Sweden and Norway. <\/p>\n

Western H\u00e4rjedalen offers ideal conditions for mountain hiking. Many of the trails start at the tree line or high up on the bare mountain slopes, so you quickly find yourself in the open high-mountain landscape with sweeping views and unforgettable nature experiences. <\/p>\n

The book describes hikes in the area from Helags<\/strong> in the north to the Rogen Nature Reserve<\/strong> in the south, and from Sonfj\u00e4llet<\/strong> in the east to R\u00f8ros<\/strong> in the west. All of the day hikes can be done with Fun\u00e4sdalen<\/strong> as a starting point, making the area a perfect base for an active mountain vacation. <\/p>\n
