Description
Drammensmarka winter hiking map (CK 37) from Cappelen Damm Kart is a detailed ski map published in 2014, and is part of the Cappelen Damm markakart series (no. 37). The map brings together the forest areas north and south of Drammen on one and the same map, and provides a comprehensive overview of the entire Finnemarka area during the winter season.
The map is printed on weather-resistant paper and has clear mountain shading that provides a good understanding of the terrain. One side of the map, at a scale of 1:50,000, covers all of Finnemarka between Vikersund, Hokksund, Drammen and Lierdalen, as well as the land south from the town to Vestfossen in the west and Sande in the south.
The other side features a detailed 1:25,000 scale section of the ski trails closest to Drammen, including the areas around Konnerud, Mjøndalen, Eiksetra, Glitre and Landfalltjern.
The map shows, among other things, groomed ski trails, restaurants, accommodation, parking lots and public transport. This makes the map a good planning tool for winter walks and ski trips in Drammensmarka.
Cappelen Damm no longer publishes maps and atlases. This product is sold from existing stock, and will be available while stocks last. When the stock is empty, the map will not be printed in a new edition.
