The map is published at a scale of 1:150,000 and provides an excellent overview for road trips, motorcycle tours, camping and touring in northeastern Italy. The road network is presented in detail, and particularly beautiful tourist routes are highlighted directly on the map. Thanks to its detailed scale, the map is also ideal for cycling tours.
The map contains campsites, pitches, tourist information and a digital place index with postcodes. Also included is a Top Tips guide with descriptions of the region’s most important sights in several languages.
The back cover features information on some of the area’s most popular destinations, including the old town of Trieste, the Adriatic waterfront, historic Aquileia, Miramare Castle and the cave system Grotta Gigante.
The region is also known as one of Italy’s most exciting wine regions, with well-known wine types such as Friulano, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc.
The map includes city maps of Trieste and Venice and covers areas such as the upper Adriatic coast, the Venetian lagoon and the Gulf of Trieste.
