Manual on Oil Pollution – Section II: Contingency Planning, 2018 Edition is the official IMO publication that provides detailed guidance for establishing and maintaining contingency plans for oil spills at sea. The publication has been developed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to support governments and organizations in preparing for and responding to acute pollution incidents.
