Wall map – Lurøy municipality

All maps are produced with a lightfast 12-color pigment print with a lifespan of up to 400 years.

• Poster: 180 gram matte paper with smooth surface.
• Tyvek: Water and tear resistant special material made from recyclable polyethylene fibers.
• Art paper: Cotton-based rag paper (240 gsm) with exclusive structure. The first choice if the map is to be framed.
• Foamboard: Matt foil mounted on 10 mm thick, white and acid-free foamboard. Perfect if you want to mark on the map with pins, pencil or pen. Supplied ready to hang with profile strips on the back.
• Aluminum plate: Print on water- and tear-proof Tyvek mounted on 2 mm thick aluminum composite plate. Supplied ready to hang with profile strips on the back.
• Magnetic whiteboard: For those who want to draw in temporary routes and places with whiteboard markers. Mounted on a magnetic aluminum plate that can also be used with magnets. Supplied ready to hang with profile strips on the back.

Professional framing in our frame workshop with wooden frame strips, adapted to the size of the map. Can be ordered with acid-free passepartout. Passepartout comes in addition to the actual map size and increases the overall size of the map.

Maps can be hung on the wall in a frame without glass. Note, however, that direct sunlight can cause fading over time. If you want extra protection against UV rays, we recommend plexiglass or artglass.
