    Description

This is a highly comprehensive and detailed road atlas of Scandinavia, designed for travelers who want a full overview of the road network in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. Covering the entire region with 466 pages, the atlas provides both solid support for pre-trip planning and reliable orientation along the way. The maps are produced with high cartographic quality and are adapted for use by car drivers, motorcyclists and travelers with motorhomes or caravans.

The atlas uses different scales adapted to the regions to provide the best possible balance between overview and detail. Denmark is mapped at a scale of 1:200,000, southern parts of Norway and Sweden at 1:250,000, while northern parts of Norway, Sweden and Finland are mapped at 1:400,000. This makes it possible to follow both main roads and smaller side roads, while at the same time clearly highlighting landscapes, tourist routes and scenic stretches.

In addition to the detailed road network, the atlas contains a comprehensive place index with postcodes, an overview of camping and motorhome sites, tourist information and 14 city maps for key Scandinavian cities, including Oslo, Bergen, Gothenburg, Malmö, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Stockholm. The atlas has a hidden spiral binding, which makes it easy to flip through and keep the desired page open during use, even in vehicles.

This is a solid and thorough car atlas that is particularly suitable for longer journeys in the Nordic region, where the need for updated and detailed map information is great. The atlas is printed in Austria and represents one of the most complete cartographic overviews of Scandinavia available in book form.
The atlas is published in 2023.
