Shipping within Norway
Letter mail – our most affordable shipping option for smaller orders of hiking maps. Delivery time typically 4–8 business days. Limited tracking.
PostNord Parcel locker or pickup point – delivered to your nearest pickup point or parcel locker. You will receive SMS and email when your package is ready for collection.
PostNord Business parcel – delivered to a business address during daytime. Requires the address to be staffed at the time of delivery. Delivery time typically 1–4 business days.
DHL Priority DHL Express – Priority is a prioritized express shipment with delivery typically the next business day to most addresses in Norway.
International shipping
DHL We offer international delivery with DHL Express to selected countries. Shipping options and prices are shown automatically in the checkout when you enter your delivery country.
DHL 1–3 days in Europe DHL Express – small shipment is used for smaller orders. Delivery time typically 1–3 business days within Europe and 2–5 business days to the rest of the world.
DHL Door delivery DHL Express – door delivery is our standard express option for larger shipments, including maps and professional nautical charts.
DHL Best for professionals DHL Priority Express – before 12:00 is a prioritized premium option with delivery before 12:00 to available destinations.
Larger shipments and special products – For extra large maps (over approx. 100 cm) and framed products, we offer tailored shipping solutions. Please contact us for a quote and delivery time.
Shipping to Svalbard and Spitsbergen
DHL PostNord does not deliver to Svalbard. For deliveries to postal codes 9170–9179, DHL is therefore used.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your postal code in checkout.
Larger shipments and special products – For extra large maps (over approx. 100 cm) and framed products, we offer tailored shipping solutions also to Svalbard. Please contact us for a quote and delivery time.
Pickup in Sandnes
If you are located in the Sandnes-Stavanger area, you can pick up your order or print directly at our print studio. Select this option at checkout when placing your order.
You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery times and important information

Items in stock

If we receive your order before 13:15, it will normally be shipped the same business day.

Made-to-order items

Made-to-order items are shipped as soon as we receive them. Orders with multiple items are shipped together.

Production

Maps produced on demand are typically shipped within 2–4 business days.

Tracking

All shipments are trackable, except letter mail which has limited tracking.

Unclaimed shipments

Unclaimed shipments are subject to a NOK 350 fee to cover return and handling costs.
