Usage and regulations
This logbook is intended for formal record-keeping on board ships.
Logbook maintenance is regulated by the regulations on logbooks on ships established by the Norwegian Maritime Authority, and may be a mandatory document depending on the vessel’s type and size.
The logbook must be maintained continuously and kept as part of the ship’s documentation.
The logbook is delivered in the latest available edition from the publisher, in accordance with the requirements applicable at the time of publication.
