Description
Calazo DNT Planning Map Central Norway is a 1:500,000 scale overview map designed for planning hikes in forests and mountains. The map provides an overview of large parts of Central Norway and makes it easy to plan longer hikes and connected routes.
The map shows all DNT cabins in the area, as well as other accommodation and a wide range of marked trails. The clear presentation makes it easy to see connections between cabins, grids and larger mountain areas.
The map is at a scale of 1:500,000, which provides a broad regional overview. At this scale, 1 cm on the map corresponds to 5 km in the terrain, which makes the map well suited to overall route planning and assessment of distances.
The map is intended for planning purposes. For off-road navigation, a more detailed hiking map is recommended.
