This publication presents the Hong Kong Convention for the safe and environmentally sound recycling of ships.
The 2025 edition also includes conference resolutions, implementation guidelines and additional instruments supporting the Convention. It is a reference for shipowners, recycling facilities, surveyors and authorities working with ship recycling.
