Use and regulations
This logbook is intended for formal diary keeping on board ships.
The keeping of a logbook is regulated by regulations on logbooks on ships laid down by the Norwegian Maritime Authority, and may be a statutory document depending on the type and size of the vessel.
The logbook must be kept continuously and stored as part of the ship’s documentation.
The logbook is delivered in the latest available edition from the publisher, in line with current requirements at the time of publication.
