This consolidated SOLAS edition brings together the Convention, its 1988 Protocol and amendments entering into force on or before 1 July 2024.
The 2024 publication also includes unified interpretations approved by the Maritime Safety Committee. It is a reference for maritime authorities, shipowners, officers and technical professionals working with ship safety requirements.
Digital licence and delivery
This product provides digital access through IMO ePublications. No printed book or unrestricted PDF file is supplied. Access is allocated manually after ordering. We confirm the email address to which the licence should be assigned before purchasing and allocating it.
One licence is for one user. If you already have an IMO ePublications account, IMO may need to link it to our reseller account before allocation. Contact us for access by multiple users. IMO requires an identical number of licences for every title on a multi-user account.
The publication is read through the IMO online reader and can be saved for offline use using the platform’s offline function. Printing is limited to ten pages per session and a maximum of fifty pages per title. Check the title, edition and language carefully: IMO does not accept returns of incorrectly purchased or allocated licences.
