This model course supports basic training for seafarers with duties involving gas or other low-flashpoint fuels on ships subject to the IGF Code. It covers safe fuel handling and emergency response.
The manual includes exercises relating to propulsion and auxiliary power systems. It is a reference for maritime training providers, instructors and shipping companies preparing basic IGF training.
