This model course supports training for personnel providing direct service to passengers in passenger spaces.
It addresses communication during emergencies, demonstrating personal life-saving appliances, and assisting passengers during embarkation and disembarkation, including those needing special assistance. It is a reference for training providers working with STCW passenger ship requirements.

Printing is limited to ten pages per session and a maximum of fifty pages per title. Check the title, edition and language carefully: IMO does not accept returns of incorrectly purchased or allocated licences.
