Usage and Regulations
This logbook is intended for formal record-keeping on board ships.
The keeping of a logbook is regulated by the Regulations on Ship’s Logbooks issued by the Norwegian Maritime Authority, and may be a legally mandated document depending on the vessel’s type and size.
The logbook must be kept continuously and stored as part of the ship’s documentation.
